Alpen is seeking a highly motivated, passionate, energetic, and supportive person to join our Sales team! We are located in beautiful Louisville, Colorado, which is 10 minutes southeast of Boulder.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Estimating, quoting, selling and educating customers for new projects
- Distributing and logging incoming leads
- Sales Administration and Data Entry
- Helping field, and distribute incoming phone calls

- Ability to leverage organizational skills to help manage multiple phases of the sales process, including collecting funds, such as deposits, and communicating information to the customer throughout the sales process
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with multiple project team members as well as other project stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to surpass goals and can dust yourself off after a set-back
Experience and Education Requirements Preferred:
- High school diploma, and at least two years of post-high school education
- Experience in effectively communicating with homeowners, architects and general contractors
- Experience in working with a sales organization, specifically in manufacturing
- Proficient with use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Paradigm Window Software is and additional plus!)
Compensation will be structured at a base pay of $45,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience, with the ability to earn $20-25k in commissions.
