Full description of the position

The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, managing and targeting businesses as potential new customers, while also managing and cultivating existing relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals in accordance with company standards and pricing
• Foster relationships with customers and commercial real-estate professionals to create opportunities for future and sustainable business
• Professionally and thoroughly communicate project scope of work and customer expectations to operations team
• Form business connections within your community and nationally utilizing networking groups and trade organizations
• Establishing presentations and proposing products and services
• Facilitating client meetings, to include packing and project meetings, in support of products and services sold

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to identify and anticipate customer requirements, expectations, and needs

• Ability to adjust thought process to resolve uncommon issues
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• 1-3 years of successful sales experience
• Office relocation experience a plus but we will train

Additional Benefits

• Car allowance
• Base salary of 60K-80K with OTE of 150K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
