REQUIREMENTS

-Must be able to lift and set up a ladder.
-Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
-Full time hours: 40 hours a week
-In person attendance to sales meetings, trainings, etc.
-Technology proficient- must be able to use mobile apps
-Must be willing to get on roofs

Responsibilities

-Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business (REQUIRES DOOR KNOCKING)
-Perform Roofing Inspections for homeowners
-Effectively demonstrate high quality materials to homeowners during the sales process
-Completing all necessary paperwork per roofing job closed.
-Maintaining relationships and communication with homeowners throughout the sales process and after completion.

Qualifications

-Experience in executing sales processes and a willingness to be coachable
-High Integrity, Ethical and Energetic
-Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
-Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
