Landscape Maintenance Account Manager

We are in need of a qualified landscape maintenance account manager for a commercial landscape maintenance company. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional customer service skills, good English speaking and writing skills. Must have the ability to organize, prioritize and allocate workload for proper efficiency. Must have at least 2 years of experience in directing and supervising maintenance crews. A valid Californis drivers license is required with a good driving record as required by our insurance carrier. Complete and total knowledge of all areas of landscape maintenance is required (i.e, plant id, knowledge of irrigation systems and controllers, usage of fertilizers, pre-emergents and general agronomics. Must have the ability to meet with clients, interact professionally, generate extra work and enhancements and follow through with punchlist items to insure complete client satisfaction. Basic computer skills are required
