Family Car Group, family owned and operated automotive dealer, seeks highly driven, professional, and client satisfaction orientated individuals for our Sales Associate / Internet Sales Associate opportunities!

Sales Associates / Internet Sales Associates Responsibilities:

• Create and build relationships with new and existing customers
• Determine customer automotive needs while educating them on new and used car ownership
• Demonstrate vehicle benefits and amenities, to include test drives
• Meet and exceed dealership goals and sales objectives
• Maintain customer satisfaction to ensure return business and referral business with customer follow-up
• Suggest optional vehicle equipment
• Engage in business development
• Drive Traffic

Sales Associates / Internet Sales Associates Qualifications:

* 1+ years of automotive sales experience PREFERRED

• Superior customer service and follow up skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to detail
• Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance
• Committed and willingness to learn, and work as a team to achieve desired results
• Must possess a clean driving record, pass an extensive personal background check, and successfully complete a mandatory drug screen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,060.00 - $142,472.00 per year
