Established personal injury law firm has immediate opening for a full-time mass torts client manager.

Candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team in this fast-paced environment; be able to work with minimal guidance; and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks. This position will be responsible for independently working up a large caseload.

We are looking for someone with great customer service skills and a desire to help those injured by defective products or dangerous drugs. This is a customer service-oriented position as this manager will be one of the primary points of contact for our clients. We are seeking someone with strong verbal and written communication skills, professional and caring phone voice, active listening skills, along with strong typing and computer skills. Exceptional customer service skills are a must. It is very important that all members of our team exhibit patience, respect and understanding while dealing with all of our clients.

Duties include:

· Answering incoming calls;

· Verifying information and following applicable protocols;

· Opening new matters and updating matters in the firm’s case management system;

· Ordering, reviewing and summarizing medical records;

· Managing workflow of cases in case management system;

· Drafting and sending correspondence, emails, and text messages;

· Responding to all client calls in a timely manner;

· Properly documenting all events and communications;

· Adhering to the firm’s standards of courtesy and professionalism

Requirements:

· High school diploma required.

· Experience of at least two years in a mass tort, products liability and/or personal injury law firm setting;

· Experience in customer service is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
