The Company’s high growth Outdoor Living business manufactures beautiful outdoor shade structures and exterior cladding systems targeting the high-end residential and architectural segments through brands such as Equinox, Alumawood, and Knotwood. OmniMax’s commercial segment manufactures metal roofing, wall panels, and custom architectural products for large projects under the Fabral and Copper Craft brands. The Company is also a leading supplier of fabricated panels to the Recreational Vehicle industry.

Locally here in Phoenix AZ under the Verde Industries Group (a division of OmniMax International), we have an immediate opening for a TSM. The person selected for this role can live anywhere in the Phoenix metropolitan area. However this individual must be able to travel up to 50% of the time in AZ as well as other Rocky Mountain states. The actual territory includes the following states and or locations: AZ, NV, UT, NM, CA and El Paso TX. Indeed restricts how this is categorized. Job is only considered remote based on where the applicant lives. Direct visits are required to be in person and on the road.

Territory Sales Manager

We are searching for Territory Sales Manager in our Verde group, based in Phoenix. OmniMax recently acquired Verde to enhance our position in the distribution market space. The basic function of the Territory Sales Manager is to promote the value, demonstrate the features and recommend products provided by the company. Also, to generate profitable sales and contribute towards gross sales objective, Gross Profit Margin objective for the total mix of products and a net return on sale objective for the year, from new and existing customers.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & TASKS (list in order):
Demonstrating knowledge of products, their use and how they relate to others to provide general product related technical assistance to customers.
Increasing profitable sales and market share with current customers by servicing accounts, obtaining orders, providing technical assistance, attending trade shows, monitoring customer activity and inventory movement, evaluating our position relative to the overall business, and establishing a professional rapport with all customers.
Contributing towards revenue and EBITDA goals; by making profitable sales, and maintaining customer relationships, and focusing sales efforts based upon existing and potential volume each customer provides.
Developing new business by visiting new prospects, explaining product potential and value.
Recommending changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments; assisting with determining the cost effectiveness of implementing new products and product price points.
Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as month end assessment summary of territory on the Monday following the close of the month.
Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; determining solutions; preparing reports; coordinating with management as appropriate.
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Communicating with Account Managers and ensure that customer receives a high level of service from the team.
Performing any other job-related duties that the Supervisor may assign.
QUALIFICATIONS: The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to perform this job successfully. Equivalent job-related experience might be substituted for educational degree(s).
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
Experience:
Prefer 3-5 years of successful sales within direct to dealer channel.
The person in this position must be comfortable in making sales presentations at all buying levels.
