Exciting opportunity awaits in a fast-growing call / sales center. Our center is looking to hire motivated individuals who are interested in pursuing a job in sales with a tech twist. We work in direct correspondence with a tech-based firm offering voice search optimization. Our office is conveniently located down the street from public transportation and close to several retail centers.

Position Summary: Our Marketing Associates are required to follow an easy script while taking inbound and making outbound calls to businesses across the country. The Associate will then qualify the business with the owner of the company, gather the appropriate information proceed with the set up and sale utilizing the CRM.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take inbound and make outbound calls.
• Provide information about our products and services.
• Provide a professional company image through phone interaction.
• Organizes workflow to meet departmental goals.
• Meets all quality control standards.
• Regular and reliable attendance

Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills with the capability to learn our dialer applications.
• Persuasive communication skills.
• Previous call center/sales experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong detail orientation and capability to be highly organized.
• Proven ability to interact effectively with prospective clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $400.00 - $1,800.00 per week
