Job Description:

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Client: SITECH Louisiana
Location: Baton Rouge, LA

SITECH Louisiana brings together over 500 years of experience in the construction and surveying industries. We are revolutionizing these industries by providing construction technology, customized training, data solutions, installation, service and technical support to our customers. GPS, lasers, optics, management technologies, wireless communication, and application specific software link the design, positioning, and construction processes like never before.

We are looking for a high energy, ambitious Outside Sales Representative to aggressively pursue Rajant’s communications technology by SITECH Louisiana's team of experts. This territory will cover the Louisiana territory centered on Baton Rouge.

What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in the construction or surveying industry OR 2+ years in outside sales
  • Experience working for a heavy equipment manufacturer or national rental chain
  • Knowledge of equipment and basic mechanics
  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university

You will be likely to succeed with us if you are:
  • Results-driven and experienced with consultative selling techniques
  • Disciplined and focused to effectively cover and grow territory
  • Well-developed in both verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable of MS Word & Excel
  • Able to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations
  • Comfortable with all levels of management as well as field personnel

  • Base salary of $40k plus uncapped commissions – OTE in Year 1 is $85-$100k, and $110-$150k+ in Years 2 and on
