Our company is in search of an Account Manager to oversee the company's relationship with our customers. We're searching for Account Managers who have a background in sales, as well as experience with customer relations. This position requires excellent customer service skills and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work with our customers on a face-to-face basis, so an individual who values interpersonal contact and communication is essential for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers and analyze their needs.
• Answer customer inquiries about products and services.
• Keep customers informed about their orders.
• Keep records of contacts with customers.
• Close sales with existing customers and find new business for the company.
• Work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,476.00 - $61,156.00 per year
