Job Title: Residential Landscape Designer and Sales
Location: Fort Collins, CO

Job Description:
Alpine Gardens is looking for an experienced Residential Landscape Designer and Sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality design and project management for residential landscapes, as well as selling products and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative and effective designs for residential landscapes
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing subcontractors
  • Prepare accurate and complete estimates and proposals
  • Sell products and services to clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project
Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with irrigation, landscaping concepts, and techniques
  • Knowledge of contract documentation, administration, and specifications
  • Proficiency in using computer programs, such as CAD
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Financial aptitude

Compensation:
$55,000 - $80,000 per year. A competitive benefit package is also offered.
