Job description
Seeking ambitious and hardworking individuals to maximize new and existing customer accounts in a fast-paced environment. Territory Account Managers are responsible for proactive prospecting, following up on sales leads, and collaborating with other teams to ensure accurate customer order placement and delivery.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and grow existing client relationships within a defined territory through regular contact and timely follow-up
- Educate customers on products (safety signage, tags, labels, etc.) and services (safety audits, quotes, etc.) available
- Work with sales managers to develop and enhance your sales techniques
- Build and manage your sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed revenue and activity performance goals
- Maintain high level of customer interactions through outbound calls and emails
- Utilize multiple systems (CRM (Salesforce), SAP (ERP), dialer)
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly engaging with strong communication & follow-up skills
- Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent commercial experience
- Prior experience prospecting, closing sales over the phone, rapport building, and/or account management
