We are looking for Rockstar Salespeople!

We will train the right individuals to join our amazing company. We are looking for team members to service our customers throughout the Phoenix Metro area.

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and sales. In this unique and exciting full-time role you are the face of the company. You will be working in homes with our customers to create custom closets and organization solutions. You will also be trained on our product and design process to expand your skills and support our customers needs.

As a sales designer, you play a crucial role in achieving company installation, sales, and customer service goals. We are looking for team players with positive attitudes. You will be working closely with our installers, customers, and manufacturing engineers to make a customer's dream reality.

Your core duty will be ensuring the satisfaction of your customers by selling custom interior designs. You will be responsible for meeting with customers for an initial design consultation, advising the customer of design trends and options for their job including layout, materials, available colors, and cost. You are also responsible for designing the customer's vision in the most effective and efficient way for both the customer and Classy Closets, designing and submitting complete and accurate designs, acting as a point of contact for your customer, and conducting follow up calls with customers as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Completing in-home consultations and in-showroom design reviews with each customer.
• Work Company provided leads

• Develop and maintain productive and effective relationships with customers

• Meet with customers to outline their needs and vision

• Take accurate, as-built measurements for developing floor plans (We will train!)

• Develop design concepts and produce contract documents based on client needs

• Sell appropriate design, materials, hardware, and accessories for the design concept

• Manage the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation

• Provide follow-up support with clients

• Oversee the installation of the design by checking in with Installers during the job via calls or texts

• Attend monthly one-on-one meetings with the Sales Manager

• Other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Exceptional sales skills, minimum 3 years sales experience preferred

• Ability to provide top level customer service

• Design skills preferred, not required. We will train the right candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
