Full description of the position

Seeking experienced sales and marketing professional with creative talents. Etsy and Amazon handmade are primary channels. Ideal customer will have experience working on either one or both of these platforms. Products are personalized, primarily wood based, home décor, wedding and memorial focused. Our products integrate wood, acrylic, lasering, and photo printing on wood and ceramics. This position will be focused on sales and marketing but also will heavily involved in new product design. Familiarity and experience with social media marketing is preferred.

After coming up to speed this position will also include day to day management of the operations. This would not be sole responsibility for all operations but would require oversight and decision making on routine things. As company grows, additional help for sales and marketing will be added.

Ideally the candidate will be passionate about these product categories and will have experience with these type products. Opportunities for creativity and expansion are unlimited. Company owners are looking for someone who ultimately will be running the company day to day. As such, prior management experience is required.

We are a small company that is growing rapidly. Compensation will include bonus tied to revenue growth. The right person will be able to have significant impact on growing the company by building off a foundation of strong sales, excellent reviews and original products.

This is an on-site job. Remote work not an option.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
