Sales Design Consultant - Natuzzi Fort Worth

Our new Fort Worth showroom has an immediate opening for a talented and professional Sales Design Consultant to generate sales and provide an exceptional experience to all customers consistent with the Natuzzi Italia brand. Our experienced design associates are trained retail professionals, many with design degrees, who are passionate about luxury home furnishings and collaborating with our clients to transform their living spaces.

Responsibilities include:

· Client engagement and sales generation.

· Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Natuzzi Italia products

· Ensure our clients experience service that is consistent with the brand promise and company’s standards.

· Provide client support and resolution in all aspects of the customer experience.

· Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.

· Prospect for new business on a regular basis utilizing company programs and tools.

· Help customers in a courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested manner.

· Expand the customer's connection to the Natuzzi Italia brand as well as expand the clients vision through additional items based on assessing customer needs.

· Impeccable customer service

If you meet the following requirements then they want to hear from you:

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

· Demonstrated enthusiasm for design

· Demonstrated experience in High End Luxury Italian home furnishings in a retail environment

· Professional leadership and motivational skills

· Strong sales experience, communication and computer skills

Compensation will be commensurate with skills and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
