Our rapidly growing firm raises awareness and enhances the influence of non-profit organizations throughout the local Fort Collins area. Our fundraising approach revolves around promoting our non-profit partners' messages through interactive, hands-on promotional outreach events. We are expanding at a rapid rate and looking for a forward-thinking Business Development Representative to join our team of outreach superstars.

We focus on cultivating an environment that fosters collaboration, so we encourage, coach, and train every member of our Fundraising Team on the entire event and campaign development process. Our Business Development Representative works closely with our clients to create new opportunities for growth. From managing compliance, coordinating schedules, and building rapport, the Business Development Representative does it all.

Business Development Representative Responsibilities:

• Comply with our client and charity partner's guidelines
• Attending and participating in charity events in the local community
• Understanding the full mission of our organization and its partner in order to be able to educate members of the community
• Communicate directly with community members to help increase awareness and fundraising efforts
• Accept and accurately record donations to be sent back to our charity partners
• Establish continued communication with donors so they may be kept informed on charity milestones and updates
• Event Display setup and breakdown
• Communicating the core message of our charity partners to the community
• Engaging with consumers and effectively educating them to drive fundraising efforts

Business Development Representative Requirements:

• 1-2 years of non-profit, charity, fundraising, or customer service experience
• Strong desire to continue learning and developing professional skill sets
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and competitive spirit
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to problem-solve effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $600.00 per week
