We are looking for a self-driven professionals who want to promote renewable energy and help homeowner's take control of their energy bills. This is a great opportunity to work in one of America’s fastest growing industries.

As an Appointment Setter, you will schedule appintment for our consultants by engaging in a conversation about renewable energy and it's benefits. Your job is not to sell solar. Your goal is to simply find interested homeowner's and set a time for a consultation.

Our compensation is spectacular. We will pay $200 per kW on all sales. Just help us set the appointment. You will also get paid commission on roof upsells with solar.

Compensation (Commission only):

• $200 per kW on all sales
• Additional commission for roof upsell associated with your solar sale

Requirements:

• Mindset & drive -- you hold yourself accountable to the highest standards of performance and are resilient in the face of failure or rejection.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must. Spanish speaking a plus.
• Driven, competitive, and confident with coaching others and setting expectations
• Strong time-management and organizational skills under ever-changing schedules
• Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
• Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
