Insurance experience and a property & casualty license are required. A $500 hiring bonus may apply to qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate for Acacia Insurance & InsureMyWine.com will be someone who is dynamic & a good communicator, goal-oriented, self-motivated and has at least 3 years of sales, service, or call center experience. Other qualities should include strong problem solving skills, an entrepreneurial attitude, and the ability to both service and sell through electronic communications, including email.
(Special consideration given for NCAA sports experience, mortgage broker, and retail sales experience.)

Responsibilities:
- Sell and manage insurance portfolios, support our wine insurance business across the United States.
- Service and manage existing accounts by responding to client inquiries on subjects such as claims, billing, policy changes, and new quotations.
- Document interactions and process requests as necessary, according to agency guidelines.
- Maximize retention through account rounding and superior customer service
- Identify up-sell, cross-sell, and account rounding opportunities as appropriate.
- Quote and process in-bound new business requests.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships by resolving requests and addressing concerns within a timely manner.
- Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism at all times.
- Meet monthly workflow expectations as set by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
