We are a growing, family owned, values based flooring company located in Hoover, Alabama in search for the right “team-player" candidate to join our team. The right candidate will desire to serve customers and vendors through honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service skills. This new team member will represent our company well and develop relationships with our customers, vendors, and our community.

The right candidate will be a self-starter, possess a “can do, no excuses" attitude, and possess a desire to serve customers and our community with excellence. This new team member will have a desire to continually improve product knowledge and have the ability to close the sale in an efficient manner.

The right candidate will be capable and comfortable using google workspace products and other computer software technology.

We would love it if you have previous flooring or other sales experience with a desire and ability to help customers from beginning to the end. Willing to train the right candidate.

The right candidate will be able to pass a background check and drug test and have reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• 4 hour shift
