Cloud Computing offers a market with a large target base, potentially large spending budgets and significant growth. Today Cloud Computing is dominated by three companies (AWS, Google and Microsoft). This lack of diversity has created a market for organizations looking for more cost effective, higher performance and greater security controls. Fully optimized, dedicated clouds can fulfill this growing market demand.
We are hiring entrepreneurial-minded sales executives who are ambitious, driven and aren’t afraid of competition. Each sales team member will be responsible for becoming a thought leader in at least one vertical industry (see Experience section for industry list) focusing primarily on selling to small and medium businesses. This is your opportunity to become or further your career as a technical industry sales specialist. Each New Account Executive will be trained to offer a variety of products and services focused on high performance computing, artificial intelligence and cloud computing.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospect, develop and close new business in your territory.
- Develop relationships through all prospecting channels.
- Conduct daily cold calling activity, schedule sales meetings and close new accounts.
- Monitor progress toward goals and report to management.
- Manage your accounts to maintain relationships and upsell services.
- Maintain and continuously update prospect and client information in our CRM.
- You will conduct forecast tracking, create sales orders and review for accuracy based upon client requests, solution requirements, and pre-negotiated terms, and manage pipeline and forecast in order to consistently drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota
- Attend trade shows and other targeted market events.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of experience in a technology sales environment preferable focusing on selling cloud services.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- 2+ years MEDDIC/MEDDPIC experience (or similar preferred)
- Experience selling to SMB, General Business and Enterprise Accounts
- Experience selling into at least one of the following vertical industries (preferred)
- Professional & Business Services
- High Performance Computing / Artificial Intelligence
- Media & Entertainment
- Manufacturing
- Biosciences and/or Medtech
- Aerospace
- Engineering
- Federal Government
- State & Local Government
- Defense
- Higher Education
- Energy / Utilities
ATTRIBUTES:
- Comfortable with Open-Source (Suite CRM Or Sugar CRM)
- Excellent time management skills who can successfully identify true opportunities
- Solid presentation and professional communications skills required
- Proven success at exceeding company established sales metrics and KPI’s
- Understands how to become a thought leader
- Strategic minded with solid analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Committed to the process and willing to work within the company policies and procedures
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree (engineering or science degree a plus)
- MEDDIC or MEDDPICC Certificate a plus
- Other Completed Sales Training or Industry Programs
LOCATION
- Continental US
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Base Salary Ranges from $65,000.00 to $75,000.00
- Variable Comp Range for the first year is estimated to be $25,000 to $50,000.00.
- Total OTE Range for Year 1 is estimated to be $90,000 to $125,000 depending on experience.
