Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused In-Person Retail Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in our retail store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and demonstration to customers
• Process transactions and handle cash, credit, and debit card payments
• Maintain store appearance, ensuring a clean and organized environment
• Meet or exceed sales targets and provide accurate sales reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift and move product, as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
