160 Driving Academy Branch Manager Role
160 Driving Academy is the fastest growing vocational school system in the United States. With 125 schools open across 45 States, in 2022, 160 Driving Academy will train 20,000-30,000 students for their Commercial Drivers License. By the end of 2022, 160 Driving Academy will have over 150 schools and 30,000 trained students annually across its school system.

Must Have:
- Top notch customer service experience
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Salesforce experience a plus)
- Above the bar sales and marketing skills (recruiting experience a plus)
- Strong administrative and organization capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description:
- Identify and recruit student drivers for 160’s 4-week, CDL training program
- Serve as a supporter to 160 students from day of enrollment to day of graduation
- Manage all day-to-day operations and responsibilities of your 160 branch location
- Build long lasting professional relationships with students throughout the duration of their career
- Develop relationships and work with local governmental agencies and like-minded organizations to market and promote your branch in the local community and metro area
- This is a full-time opportunity with competitive base-pay, benefits, and significant commission opportunities
Required education:
- Associates Degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience
