The Sales Development Representative is responsible for working in tandem with the Outside Sales Manager to schedule his critical appointments to close business. This opportunity is a full time position, and requires making all outbound calls on a daily basis. There will be a list and auto dialer provided to call medium and large size commercial businesses in the Phoenix area.

The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in making outbound sales calls, basic computer skills, team oriented, and can thrive working autonomously.

Duties and Responsibilities for Telemarketer Lead Generator include:

- Initiate contact with prospective clients
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calling & lead follow-up
- Set up appointments for the Outside Sales Manager
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and build rapport
- Collaborate with sales leadership to further develop leads and close business opportunities
- Other duties as needed for success
- Keeping Zoho database records up to date

Requirements for Telemarketer Lead Generator Include:

- High school diploma
- Outbound business-to-business (B2B), appointment setting experience
- A positive "can-do" attitude
- Desire for continued growth and learning

Competitive compensation is Hourly plus uncapped commission (50-90k total)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
