Would you like to:
- Interview and onboard clients, research their business to effectively provide employee engagement solutions
- Analyze data to maintain understanding of competitive market salaries and candidate demand in particular fields
- Use data and other resources to identify potential suitable candidates
- Connect viable candidates with clients
- Check candidate references and credentials, verify experience and background
- Counsel candidates on the interview and hiring process
- Attend relevant forums, job fairs, and other networking opportunities
- Identify professional organizations and platforms to establishing/building contracts in specific industries
- Follow up with clients after interview process, determine if a placement can be made, collect feedback after unsuccessful placement
- Collaborate with creative team to advertise jobs, brainstorm, and draft ideas to meet client needs
- Implement job search plans according to agreed-on parameters (schedules, budgets, channels etc.)
- Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideas concurrently
- Develop, implement and track KPIs, apply data to determine next steps for current and future searches
Ideally you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of two years of human resources or related experience
- Experience using applicant tracking software
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior aptitude in conducting interviews
- Excellent organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA and other employment regulations and guidelines
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
