Would you like to:

• Interview and onboard clients, research their business to effectively provide employee engagement solutions
• Analyze data to maintain understanding of competitive market salaries and candidate demand in particular fields
• Use data and other resources to identify potential suitable candidates
• Connect viable candidates with clients
• Check candidate references and credentials, verify experience and background
• Counsel candidates on the interview and hiring process
• Attend relevant forums, job fairs, and other networking opportunities
• Identify professional organizations and platforms to establishing/building contracts in specific industries
• Follow up with clients after interview process, determine if a placement can be made, collect feedback after unsuccessful placement
• Collaborate with creative team to advertise jobs, brainstorm, and draft ideas to meet client needs
• Implement job search plans according to agreed-on parameters (schedules, budgets, channels etc.)
• Manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideas concurrently
• Develop, implement and track KPIs, apply data to determine next steps for current and future searches

Ideally you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of two years of human resources or related experience
• Experience using applicant tracking software
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
• SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior aptitude in conducting interviews
• Excellent organizational skills
• Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA and other employment regulations and guidelines
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
