Brown & Brown has an exciting opportunity available for an Account Representative on the Property & Casualty team in Milwaukee, WI!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Providing support for our internal service team. This includes such activities as reviewing binders, policies and endorsements for accuracy, maintaining files, and creating documents such as specifications, proposals, binders and insurance summaries.

  • Ensures policies follow coverages as quoted, proposed and bound.

  • Provides high quality customer service while assisting in the coordination of services between the client and the insurance company.

  • Collects client specification data.

  • Promptly responds to requests for data and questions from clients, underwriters and internal staff.

  • Responsible for new client setup and ongoing client maintenance in AMS360 and Hays’ proprietary website.

  • Completes premium finance agreement requests and creates premium allocations as needed.

  • Requests and summarizes loss runs.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Has 5+ years of similar experience in the insurance industry, preferably on the brokerage side.

  • Holds a current P & C insurance license.

  • Has experience working with clients in the real estate industry.

  • Has strong attention to detail and organization skills.

  • Is self-motivated, highly responsive to meeting the needs of our internal and external clients, and exhibits strong communication skills.

  • Has strong computer skills and is able to utilize Microsoft Office products. AMS360 experience preferred.
