Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager- Competitive Salary/Benefits with commission earnings, Growing Company, Mon-Fri Schedule- Clarence, NY Office

We have an immediate opportunity in our Personal Lines department, starting salary in a competitive range and is dependent on experience and an annual incentive program to earn added commission from your efforts. OVIA Insurance Agencies was established in 1997 but the company’s roots date back to 1876. We are a growing company with a changing culture to meet today’s customer needs through improved communication and technology and many insurance options for our customers to choose from. Our friendly, family-like atmosphere makes for an enjoyable place to work and succeed. We currently staff five offices located in Central, Western and Northern New York while providing our services to all of New York State.

The Position:

We are looking for energetic individuals that want to be a part of our team and help us grow. The individuals should be property and casualty licensed in NYS and have insurance experience with personal lines business. A working knowledge of quoting, binding and servicing personal lines insurance customers is also desired. The individuals should be excited about being a team player and good at working alone at times, earning trust from customers, improving the customers experience with the company and strengthening the company’s brand. We are seeking individuals who are not afraid of technology, learning, or a sales-oriented position that is open to new ideas for generating leads.

• Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:30-4:30 with major Federal holidays observed.
• The individuals should be open to providing a great experience to customers and willing to be a team player with fellow employees.
• The company is focused on empowering their staff to learn and pays for the training and education needed to help them succeed.
• Time out of office may be required occasionally for business or social events with our business partners.

The Location:

The position we are filling is located in our Clarence office at 8330 Main St, Williamsville, NY 14221. The office is located in a private entrance and close to many of the great eateries, local businesses and social gathering points in the area.
