ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for preparing quotations verbal and written, formal and informal.

• Perform necessary Visual Compliance screening on quotes and orders as required. Including screening for sanctioned country and end user data.

• Receive and process orders by phone, email or in person.

• Assist with entering spare parts orders, including any revisions or modifications.

• Effectively resolve customer issues as they arise.

• Provide timely order updates for customers as requested.

• Assist with managing customer purchasing portals as required

• Assist with back up support and relief for the Sales and Marketing Department and Aftermarket Department i.e. capital, repair and service.

• Assist with outstanding accounts receivables as required or requested.

• Responsible for maintaining spares order files including file closing process and record keeping

• Promotes effective communication with internal and external organizations and customers

• Participate with on call rotation schedule for evening and weekend customer requirements.

• Responsible for following all applicable company and corporate policies, procedures and programs, including but not limited to the process map, support processes, safety and environmental requirements, import and export compliance.

• Other duties as assigned.
  

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• High school diploma or GED.

• 1-year sales related experience and/or 3 years field or manufacturing experience

• Knowledge of coiled tubing equipment is an asset SKILLS

• Excellent communication and listening skills

• Strong organization skills

• Must have strong computer skills including using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics an asset

• Understanding of ERP system operation and function an asset
