We are looking for a few more heavy hitters, motivated sales closers who have that rare competitive, entrepreneurial drive. If you have always wanted to work for yourself, but not necessarily by yourself, this may well be what you're looking for. This opportunity is not for people looking for just another job, but those who want to build a successful, rewarding career. This is not for the faint of heart. The people who succeeded in our business would always have been successful regardless of their vocation. They are typically individuals that have competed in High School and collegiate sports, people who have had to overcome challenges in their life and just never gave up, or just have the relentless drive to succeed in their DNA. Failure for these folks is never an option.

On Target Earnings

While you are learning the business, a successful salesperson will earn $100,000+. Some of our newer people are on track to make $150,000 +. After 12-18 months years, if you are willing, you will have the opportunity to go through our manager in training program where you can be promoted to a GM position where your income will be $200,000+. Our best managers earn between $500,000 and $750,000 per year.

Our parent company is Skyline-Champion, the largest supplier of factory-built housing in the world, and we are their retail division. At Titan Factory Direct, all our homes are sold through retail sales centers located strategically through the southeastern United States.

• College Degree preferred, but not necessary
