If you are ready to make an immediate impact, please continue reading! Finance Factory is seeking a Funding Specialist to help our clientele gain access to commercial funding based in Towson, MD.

The ideal candidate has a strong background including commercial lending and/or leasing and experience working with similar financial products. This is an inside sales position with hybrid work from home and in-office scheduling available. The schedule will be primarily Monday - Friday during normal business hours.

General Responsibilities:

• Developing strategies to present financing and product offerings that best fit each individual commercial client’s needs.
• Developing strategies to increase individual performance.
• Developing partnerships with outside referral partners and determining the best relationships for Finance Factory and its customers.
• Conducting sales calls to understand the customers' needs and discuss features and benefits of products and financing options to allow them to accomplish their goals.
• Ensure transactions are fully compliant, accurate and funded on a timely basis.

Requirements Include:

• Similar experience selling products/services with a proven record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully perform duties with a high degree of accuracy and speed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Zoho CRM experience a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
