We are looking for a talented Landscape IRRIGATION and LIGHTINGACCOUNT MANAGER who has a proven track record of success in managing multiple crews and worksites and building long term relationships with existing customers. Ideally the candidate should have a college degree and possess strong irrigation and electrical skills. We need an individual that has at least five (5) years of experience within the green industry showing successive increases in responsibilities regarding customer relationships and operational effectiveness. A strong understanding of installing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting irrigation and lighting systems is necessary to succeed in this role. Being skilled with equipment used in the installation and maintenance of irrigation and lighting systems (trencher, pipe-puller, skid steer, electric line locator, etc.) is a plus. The ability to manage time and effectively keep tasks on schedule will lead to team success. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are required to successfully solve system problems.

The Account Manager should be experienced to encourage staff performance, and in providing good customer service. They also must be able to work independently, proactively, communicate effectively, adequately answer customers' questions and concerns, and be detailed oriented. Candidates should have, or the ability to acquire, a DOT Medical Card and ASSE Backflow Tester certification.

Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office, customer relationship management (CRM) applications, and cloud-based irrigation and lighting platforms. It is critical that this individual be energetic, motivated, and has the drive necessary to develop relationships in this growing industry.

Compensation:competitive base salary plus incentive compensation.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
