The Entry Level Client Manager position is responsible for executing outreach and sales strategies within a predetermined territory. The core focus for this role will be to use your customer service skills to develop relationships with potential customers and execute sales presentations. The Entry Level Client Management role will report directly to the executive sales manager.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Emphasize the features of our client's outreach goals through impactful and interactive presentations to establish new donors and expand community support
• Effectively convey the goals and impact of our clients to prospective customers to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction
• Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
• Assist the management team members and executives as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues from various departments as needed

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Able to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times
• Experience working in a customer service-based position preferred
• Highly adaptable and able to think on your feet
• Able to perform well under pressure and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Able to travel locally
• Able to work full-time, 40 hours a week
• Able to stay positive and focused on the task at hand
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
