Job Title: Real Estate Showing Agent for Broker in Charge

Reports to: Real Estate Broker

Job Summary: The Real Estate Showing Agent is responsible for coordinating and conducting property showings for clients. The agent will work closely with the broker to schedule showings, provide information on properties, and assist clients in their search for the perfect home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct property showings for clients
• Communicate with broker to coordinate showings and keep them informed of client activity
• Provide information about properties, including features, location, and other relevant details
• Answer questions and address any concerns from clients during showings
• Provide feedback to broker on properties and client needs and preferences
• Follow up with clients after showings to gauge their level of interest and provide additional information as needed

Requirements:

• Active Real Estate License (2-3 years in the Charleston Market preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in real estate or a related field is preferred
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends
