Locally owned and operated Franchise of The UPS Store, not corporate owned part of UPS.

We are looking for a motivated, efficient, Sales and customer service oriented individual. We are looking for someone who is able to learn quickly and handle a variety of different tasks in a retail environment.

A successful employee will be outgoing, bright, detail oriented and able to work with a variety of customers. The ability to multi-task, think quickly and commit to learning all of the skills required are essential to succeeding at The UPS Store.

Prospective employees must be comfortable up-selling, cross-selling and marketing different products and services in-store to our customers without being overly aggressive. A grasp and understanding of general business practices such as punctuality, professional courtesy and customer service is a must. Strong computer skills are a must.

We are looking for someone who can work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide world class customer service, ability to handle a variety of customers and think on your feet.

Must be a quick learner on computer software

Past retail experience a must.

Graphic Design, printing experience preferred.
