Full description of the position

Our company is looking for an Inside Salesperson to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming phone calls and emails, greeting clients / visitors, as well as managing files, updating orders and other documents, and communicating with our clients.

In order for you to be selected, you must have the ability to write clearly and be proficient with word processing applications. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued. You must have technical knowledge and experience in electronics sales.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls and other communication.
• Managing filing system.
• Recording information as needed.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.

• Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
• Coordinating events as necessary.

• Maintaining communication with clients.
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or associate’s degree.
• Experience in electronics sales and/or technical knowledge.
• Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.

• Great communication skills.
• Experienced with Microsoft Word And Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
