About us

Bonnie and Clyde's is a family run swimming pool and spa business that has been a staple for backyard family fun in the Fort Worth Metroplex for the last 42 years. Our employees become part of our family and our customers become our friends. We look forward to meeting you!

As an essential pool and spa business dealing with the home and backyard, we continued to be extremely busy this year. We are in need of of additional full time employees to work in our retail store helping customers find the chemicals and supplies they need. We are looking for team players that are willing to work hard 6 months out of the year and have a much easier work load the other 6 months. The hours and pay are steady throughout the year so you're not looking for additional income during our off season. If you are looking for a career that has fantastic job security and growth potential, even during a pandemic, you've found it.

This is currently our off season and we are looking to hire people now to be able to train them in advance of our summer season. No experience is necessary, we will train you if you have the desire to learn. Your growth and pay at the company will only be limited by your desire to learn and ability to work with customers! Absolute requirements include the ability to work 35-40 hours a week during the summer and must be able to work weekends (see hours below). Since the late spring and summer is our busy season, we can work with college student's schedules for the fall and spring semesters provided you are able to do a full schedule during the summer with us. You would also need to be able to lift 50lbs unassisted and not have any medical conditions that would limit physical activities. If any of these are an issue, Do Not Apply!

People who show the ability to work as a team player and are self motivated to do tasks unassisted when needed will have the opportunity to obtain a salaried position that will include paid vacations and retirement benefits. Exceptional candidates that have great people skills have the opportunity to be trained in above ground pool and hot tubs sales with bonuses paid for each sale on top of their normal salary. Normal hours of the Arlington location during the Summer is Monday - Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-5, and Sunday 12-5. From October 1st-February 28, the store is closed on Sundays."
