We are looking to hire a estimator/ project manager for a long term position.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

● Oversee all subcontractors ● Hiring, training, and firing ● Estimate projects ● Ensure projects are kept on schedule and within budget while meeting clients’ needs and delivering a quality project ● Project Manage and ensure all projects are completed in a timely manner. ● Generate schedules and plans of operation for painting projects. ● Identify potential issues and ensure timely decisions are made. ● Ensure customer satisfaction. ● Build the online reputation of the location on Google, Yelp, Facebook and NextDoor ● Manage Location Profit and Loss. ● Network and promote That 1 Painter. ● Pursue strategic relationships on behalf of That 1 Painter (realtors, property managers, etc…)

Requirements:

• 2-3 years management experience, construction/painting industry a plus
• Knowledge of Gmail, GoogleDocs, Housecall Pro a plus
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• ability to communicate and report effectively
• problem solving abilities
• bilingual a big plus
• Excellent communication skills , People Person!

Salary: $48,000-50,000

Plus Generous Commission

Pay: $45,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
