Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Representative is located in Birmingham, AL, and is primarily responsible for incoming leads. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for converting warm sales leads to customers, moving cold and future leads to warm leads and limited time contacting target markets to generate warm leads. The metrics for this position will be based on new revenue generated from closed sales and monthly bonuses will be paid towards that once training has ended. You will be required to document all sales and activities on internal spreadsheets and our CRM software. You will be required to field incoming leads, answer product questions, give product demos remotely, and prepare quotes. You will be asked to call, email and send written correspondence with warm and cold opportunities and targeted markets.
Qualified Applicants Must Have The Following:
- Minimum of 2 years product sales (inside preferred)
- Must enjoy technology and not intimidated by it
- Self-motivated and have the ability to work on own initiative and mange time effectively
- Must be proficient in MS Office and have basic IT skills
- Must be a strong communicator, both written and verbal. Must be comfortable being told no, asking for the sale and promoting products to potential clients that are new to the product.
- Ability to work with and support others in a positive way.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have the ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process.
- Some College Preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $32,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
