Job DescriptionBundleBee Insurance Agency is a new and progressive Independent Insurance Agency with a digital platform. We are seeking Business Minded Experienced P&C Agents in Texas with management potential. With our digital platform our agents have the ability to work in office or remote. Our business model is very simple with our core focus is Standard Auto & Home insurance.

Job Responsibilities:

• The primary duty of our Agents is to sell standard auto & home insurance.
• Must have the ability to prospect and establish referral relationships.
• Our proven agents may also take on leadership responsibilities that could lead to running a corporate sales office and even becoming a partner in our Agency.

About You:
Changing an industry is never easy, so we need the best and the brightest individuals who are ready to bring the energy, passion, and grit it will take to accomplish our goals.

The ideal candidate has:

• 5 Years of P&C sales experience
• Ability to prospect
• College Degree
• Management Potential
• Bilingual-Spanish (helpful but not necessary)

Remote agents must have good internet speed and a computer with the following specs.

Intel i5 (latest generation) CPU 16 GB of RAM 256 SSD (Solid State Drive) Pay Varies Per Agent:

• New Business & Renewal Commissions
• Base Salary Plus Commissions
