As an Authorized AT&T Dealer, we are looking to hire several AT&T Retail Sales Associates. AT&T Retail Sales Associates will be responsible for engaging with customers in a retail setting to generate new sales for AT&T's various devices such as internet and wireless sales. Individuals will provide quality customer service and support. All employees receive full-paid training and earn an hourly base pay.

AT&T Retail Sales Responsibilities:

• Meet and/or exceed client and company sales goals
• Play an active role in the sales cycle in a retail setting
• Build relationships with customers to generate new AT&T accounts
• Provide excellent customer service skills, great selling skills, and exhibit motivation to succeed
• Follow company policies and procedures professionally

AT&T Retail Sales Qualifications:

• Willing to work in and promote a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff.
• Consistently show a positive attitude & take responsibility for your own actions.
• Must be results-driven and flexible to change
• Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems.
• A minimum of 1-year of experience in customer service, team environments, and/or leadership
• Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets.
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,100.00 per week
