DL & Associates, LLC is an Intuit QuickBooks Solution Providers in the Chicago area and provides QuickBooks accounting system integration, data migration, consultation, custom programming, and IT services to its clients.

DL & Associates, LLC is looking for a full-time Account Manager for its business expansion. The ideal candidate must be a highly motivated, go-getter with strong sales techniques and enthusiasm in software application and provide satisfactory customer onboarding experience throughout the sales cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the new prospects and existing customers and upsell the QuickBooks software.
• Selling our accounting system services including data migration, integration, and data services.
• Prepare and present new QuickBooks product offerings and promotions to the existing customers.
• Develop strong and positive relationships with the existing customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, bookkeeping or experience in working with accounting system is required.
• Experience with sales of cloud solution (Preferred)
• 2 year experience in selling system migration, integration, or accounting data services.
• CRM system experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Ability to identify the customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ability to meet and exceed the expected sales goals.
• Must be a fast self-learner and problem solver.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must have competent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Must pass a drug screening test and criminal background check.

Job Types: Full-time, Salary base

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
