Farmers Insurance Agency in Lakeway, Texas is actively hiring Insurance Sales Agents to his dominant team!

As a Insurance Sales Agent, you will have access to 54 Farmers’ products across Property and Casualty and Life Insurance, aiding you in nurturing this agencies current clientele and pursue a potential prospect customer base with products that cover themselves and respective assets!

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate needs and goals of prospective customers in order to present them with the most suitable insurance policy options
• Generate new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products
• Work along-side sales cohort to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self-sufficiency as a Insurance Sales Agent
• Meet/Exceed established new business production goals to further the agency’s overall premium and financial goals
• Cultivate sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages, and sending emails daily
• Research competitor services
• Ability to achieve high sales targets
• High positive energy to have fun while on a competitive team

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must have/willing to obtain General Lines Property and Casualty License
• Must have/willing to obtain General Lines Life, Health, & Accident License
• 2+ years of sales, business development, B2C experience
• Tenacious work ethic
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary
• Uncapped commission structure

• Potential Sign on Bonuses
• OTE of $65,000 +

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
