The ideal candidate has an experienced Plumbing Sales Representative. We need a self-motivated professional with proven self-management and leadership skills. Experienced an outstanding track record in plumbing sales with commercial and residential experience. In this position, has a great attitude explaining the specifications and features of a product or service to existing or potential customers--with the goal of closing a project.

Have experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, showers, various valves, pipes, drains, water softeners. Diagnosing slab leaks is a major plus, ability to respond to emergency calls, on-call, work weekends and after-hours as needed.

Strong leadership skills, Basic mathematical skills, Willingness to learn and be open to new ideas, methods, and perspectives, pleasant demeanor with customer service skills, Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Contribute to building up the team morale and create a positive culture through motivation and inspiration
• Lead and motivate staff to improve the customer experience for customers
• Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
• Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices
• Estimate sales volume and profit for a wide range of plumbing projects for both residential and commercial needs
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience with coworkers and customers
• Grow residential and commercial accounts
• Support performance of field technicians and advise them on proper customer service and quality workmanship

Skills & Qualifications

• A proven track record of sales in the construction or plumbing industry
• 5+ years in sales
• Punctual and committed to regular attendance
• Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, pricing and plumbing standards for both Oregon and Washington
• Must be computer-savvy
• Prior experience with Service Titan software is a huge plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
