$17 /hr starting, $18 / hr after 3 months, plus bonuses typically in every paycheck.

About Elements Massage:

Our busy studio in the Pearl District opened 9 years ago and we currently employ 5 customer service / sales specialists. I am the owner and manager and I am deeply committed to making our studio a great place for our clients to visit and for our staff to work. To me that is the recipe for long term success.

Elements Massage in the Pearl is looking for a talented customer service / sales specialist who wants to join our team right away. We are looking for a bright, friendly, outgoing individual with a passion for wellness and interacting with clients.

The right candidate will be passionate and successful in:

• Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments politely and professionally.

• Selling the benefits of our wellness program to clients.

• Keeping on-line client info updated and organized.

• Maintaining cleanliness and professionalism of our massage studio.

Skills and Experience necessary for the role:

• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.

• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, studio management and therapists.

• Must possess the ability to quickly learn new computer software.

• Previous experience in a spa or salon is a plus.

• Experience with Mindbody scheduling and a point of sale system a plus!

Scheduling:

We are currently looking for someone who can work 5 regular shifts totaling around 34 hours. There are also many opportunities to fill in for shifts when others are absent so having that kind of flexibility is a big plus.
