The SDR Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, and setting up appointments for our sales team to close deals.

This position earns uncapped monthly commissions with monthly earnings ranging $500-$5000 depending on results. High performers are promoted within.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
  • Schedule and set up appointments for the sales team to meet with potential customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred but not required
