Commercial Cleaning Franchise in Baton Rouge area seeking a motivated Assistant Director to oversee operations and grow the business. Duties will include, but not limited to customer and employee relations, supply inventory and sales.

Responsibilities

• Direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop other to improve personal and organizational effectiveness.
• Manage and organize staff schedules
• Provide leadership to facilitate decision making based on business knowledge and organizational values.
• Remove obstacles and obtain resources to help employees and customers achieve objectives
• Maintain level of service requirements throughout all processes.
• Maintain all current accounts
• Work to grow the business and obtain new accounts
• Get leads and make sales appointments
• Sale new business

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24,000.00 - $70,149.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
