Full description of the position

Tired of working an hourly job? Want to dictate your own pay and have weekends off? All while still working is the automotive industry?
Then we are looking for you to join our growing team. Fenix Parts is a leading Full-service auto recycler, and we are looking to add to our sales force as we continue to grow our footprint.
Whether you are an experienced auto parts salesperson or are looking to get into the business, this could very well be the opportunity that you have been waiting for.
This is a Monday through Friday, no weekends opportunity selling quality used auto parts to automotive professionals as well as retail customers.
This position offers great commissioned earning potential with paid training.
Earning potential ranges from $45,000 to well over $100,000 per year!

What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Sell used automotive parts from recycled vehicles as part of a retail and wholesale team
  • Call prospective customer to increase your customer base
  • Maintain accurate customer order information
  • Provide price quotes to customers
  • Successfully manage inbound and outbound call volume in a fast-paced environment
  • Increase sales through the sale of add-ons items
  • Communicates clearly with customers and team members
What you need to succeed at Fenix Parts, Inc.:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Sales/customer service experience
  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • General understanding of Automobiles/Parts is a plus
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks quickly and accurately
  • Willingness to work as a team
  • Strong basic mathematic skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply skills proficiently
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
