Rouge Fine Catering, a leading Baltimore/Washington area catering company, is seeking a candidate to fill the position of Catering Sales and Event Manager. The ideal candidate is a well-organized self-starter with experience in the food industry and the etiquette of fine dining.

This person will be responsible for every aspect of event coordination from the first phone call to the execution of the event: all client correspondence, menu planning/tasting with chef, managing event staff, vendor coordination, and organizing all other arrangements as they relate to the function.

This is an ideal opportunity for a restaurant manager or college graduate with restaurant experience and good verbal and writing skills, who is ready to step up their career!
