Job description

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Manufacture MRO Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales

• Customer estimates
• Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
• Greet customers and create rapport
• Responsible for customer follow-up
• Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Background check, required
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Must be knowledgeable on store products
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• High school diploma/GED
• Must speak, read & write English and Spanish
• 2+ years of experience in commission sales and Retail sales experience
• oversee our warehouse when required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
