Account Manager Plumbing

Roto-Rooter is in search of an Accounts Manager. This role will be working with clients to help produce relationships and produce sales. The ideal candidate will have a background working within the plumbing or construction industry.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
• Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect
• Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
• Identifying industry trends
• Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience

Requirements:

• BS/BA is preferred sales, communications, or related field
• Detail-oriented individual with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Exceptional verbal skills
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills

Pay: $34,832.96 - $60,000.00 per year
