Oberfields LLC has a great opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) in our Obetz, OH facility, but willing to rotate periodically to our Sunbury and Delaware, OH locations. Ideal candidates for our ISR position will be energetic, detail oriented, positive and organized professionals who can effectively work with our customers to fulfill their orders timely and accurately. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position is for the Day Shift with the hours of 7:00 AM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 or 4:30 PM, depending on the season, Monday – Friday, with overtime as needed. The ISR position will report directly to the Inside Sales/Distribution Manager.

Outside of this area, we partner with a qualified network of distributors throughout Ohio and several additional states throughout the country.

Job Description

· Ensure the effectiveness of all processes within your circle of influence in satisfying our customer’s needs in the most efficient manner possible.

· Customer Service and Office

o Ensure that our customers receive the highest quality customer service.

o Provide customers (internal and external) with services and information as needed.

o Take orders face to face and over the phone

o Daily Balance Sales

o Maintain stock of sales and marketing literature

o Ensure cleanliness and organization of display areas

o Provide support to Transportation, Shipping, Receiving and Accounting, as required

· General Operations:

· Open Facility

· Close Facility

· Maintain cleanliness of equipment (computers/phones/printers)

NOTES:

You are required to attend scheduled customer service meetings (evenings) periodically

Position Qualifications/Requirements:

· Communication – strong listening and communication skills are crucial

· Mathematical – strong skills can be useful when creating quotes and entering orders

· Teamwork – you will interact with our sales team as well as customers and other ISRs

· ERP/JD Edwards Knowledge a plus

· Order Entry/POS Systems

· Background in Inside Sales/Customer Service – at least one year

· Willing to work at multiple locations in Central Ohio, on occasion
